The first appointment is important. During this appointment we’re able to review your situation, answer your questions, discussion your options, and explain the process. The meeting is free and there are three ways to set it up.

Click here and you can choose the a date and time that works for you. The appointment is free and scheduled to last one hour. Once you make the appointment online, we’ll send you instructions and directions to help you prepare.
2. SPEAK WITH ATTORNEY BY PHONE FIRST
You can also call the office at 480-507-5985 and ask to speak with the Attorney about your debt problem. If he’s available, he’ll take the call and spend about 15 minutes asking you questions, answering yours, and discussing process and fees. If it sounds like we can help, he’ll schedule the in-person appointment for you and we’ll send you instructions and directions. The in-person appointment after the phone discussion will last 45 minutes.
